Clearwater's downtown Cleveland Street District and the nearby waterfront area are currently being redeveloped through an investment project called ‘Imagine Clearwater’. The transformation will connect the two areas and create a pedestrian friendly destination with a 4,000-seat amphitheater to accommodate a year-round performance schedule, an intercoastal walkway, a two-story 12,000 square-foot retail building, and a high-rise hotel near the waterfront. The nearby Cleveland Street District is a bustling hub of activity with a vibrant mix of businesses, shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, boutiques, galleries, and restaurants lining the street. When it comes to local parks, Coachman Park is the town’s best, but Moccasin Lake Nature Park has 51 acres of amenities, including walking trails, playgrounds, and many types of wildlife. The Pinellas trail is a must mention. It is considered a linear park, but more like a 75-mile loop of protected trail for biking, walking, etc. The trail spans from Saint Petersburg to Tarpon Springs and goes right through Clearwater.

Clearwater Beach is undoubtedly one of the most popular beaches in Florida. It's known for its powdery white sand and clear blue waters, making it an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing, or even taking part in water sports like jet skiing or parasailing.
