| Clearwater Houses/Condos:
The average listed home in Clearwater is priced around $200,000 with the average sale price around $140,00. There are plenty of good deals available. Let me help you find those deals.
I chose Clearwater as my home town because of its location and all that it has to offer. Clearwater is perfectly situated near some of Florida's top beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, yet is just a short drive away from what larger cities (Tampa and St. Petersburg) have to offer.
Clearwater also enjoys the benefits of the local tourism industry. Nearby Clearwater Beach offers fun in the sun with all of the benefits from what the hotels and restaraunts are doing to attract out of town guests. My daughter loves that it is just a 90 mile drive east to get to Disney and/or Universal Studios in Orlando. For closer amusement park fun, just over the bridge in Tampa you can spend the day at Busch Gardens or Adventure Island Water Park. Even closer yet, meet Winter, the most famous dolphin, at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
